Client Settings
The Client Settings page in the SP360 platform allows you to manage client-specific configurations. Access to the Client Settings page is limited to client admins only (users with elevated privileges who can manage organization-wide configurations within the SP360 platform).
Currently, the Client Settings page enables you to specify vulnerabilities to auto-ignore in future scans by listing their QIDs (Qualys IDs). This functionality helps streamline vulnerability management by automatically excluding designated vulnerabilities from the various impacted dashboards and vulnerability listing page. This allows you to reduce noise and focus on vulnerabilities that require immediate attention. Please note that auto-ignore requests are applied only to future scans and do not affect past results.
The upper left corner of the Client Settings page contains a blue box reflecting the number of auto-ignored vulnerabilities, as shown below.
Filtering Option
A drop-down filter allows you to view auto-ignored vulnerabilities based on asset type. Available options are:
- All Asset Types – includes Web Apps and Endpoints only.
- Web Apps – includes Web Apps only.
- Endpoints – includes Endpoints only.
Note: Currently, the auto-ignore functionality is available only for Web Apps and Endpoints. Other asset types are not supported by this feature.
